Who's Ya Barber Hair Studio

Messaging terms

Draft for the shop to approve

Written as part of a website concept and not reviewed by a lawyer. The shop should confirm it matches what it actually intends to send, and the sending numbers and addresses need to be filled in, before the site goes live.

Email and texts are separate

There are two separate boxes on the signup form and neither is ticked for you. You can take email only, texts only, or both. Joining by email never requires a phone number.

What gets sent

Shop updates, specials, and a heads-up when appointments open. Nothing else, and nothing from anyone other than the shop.

How often

Message frequency varies, usually a few times a month. The shop does not send daily messages.

Costs

The shop does not charge for messages. Your mobile provider may. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan.

Stopping

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message. That stops the texts straight away. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help.
  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

Stopping one does not stop the other, so if you want both to stop, do both. Stopping messages never affects your ability to book an appointment or to be served in the shop.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your details

Phone numbers and email addresses collected for messages are used for the shop's own messages only. They are not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing. See the privacy page.

Getting help

Use the questions form on the homepage, or ask in the shop at 500 North Ave, Dunellen.

Drafted September 2026. Sending number and support contact to be added before launch.
