Who's Ya Barber Hair Studio, 500 North Ave, Dunellen, NJ 08812. In this page, "the shop" means that business, and "you" means anyone who uses this website.

What the shop collects

Only what you type in, and only where you typed it.

• If you join the list: your first name, your email address, your mobile number if you gave one, any interests you ticked, and a record of exactly which permission boxes you checked, the wording you were shown, and when.
• If you send a question: your name, the email address or phone number you asked to be replied on, and your message.
• Automatically: a one-way scrambled version of your network address, used only to stop the same connection submitting a form hundreds of times. The address itself is not stored and cannot be recovered from what is.
• Button clicks: a count of how many times the Book and Review buttons are pressed. This is a count. It is not tied to your name, your email or your device.

What the shop does not do

• It does not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
• It does not add you to the mailing list because you asked a question. Those are separate, on purpose.
• It does not require you to join the list in order to book an appointment.
• It does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Booking happens somewhere else

Appointments are scheduled through the shop's booking partner, Booksy. When you press a booking button you leave this website, and Booksy's own terms and privacy policy apply to what happens there. The shop does not receive your Booksy account details through this website, and this website does not hold appointments.

Reviews happen somewhere else

Reviews are posted on Google, and Google's terms and privacy policy apply once you get there. The shop can see that a review button was pressed. It cannot see who pressed it or what anyone wrote until the review appears publicly like anyone else's.

Who else can see your details

The people who work at the shop, and the services used to run the website and send messages: the website host, the email sending service, and the text messaging service. Each of those is used only to deliver what you asked for. The specific providers are listed in the shop's setup documentation and will be named here before launch.

How long it is kept

Your details are kept while you are on the list. If you unsubscribe, the shop keeps a record that you opted out, so that you are not accidentally added again. You can ask for your details to be deleted entirely.

What you can ask for

• A copy of what the shop holds about you.
• A correction if something is wrong.
• Deletion of your details.
• To stop receiving emails, texts, or both, without affecting the other.

Ask through the questions form on the homepage, or in the shop.

Children

The mailing list is meant for adults. If a child's details have ended up on it, tell the shop and they will be removed.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it.
